His main trade

Technology and business operations. The team builds websites and software, runs e-commerce storefronts, sets up livestream rooms, and with partners handles tax filing, accounting and business registration.

Websites, software, carrier API pulled into automated reports
Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada storefronts - operations and ads
Livestream room setup: equipment, lighting, audio, connectivity
Business and household business registration, tax filing, accounting

Why he took on shipping too

Work with shops long enough and one thing keeps repeating: the site runs well, the ads bring orders, and then everything jams at delivery. COD arrives late so there is no cash to restock. An order sticks and nobody answers the hotline. Goods break and every carrier has a different policy.

He works as a partner for shipping carriers, currently focused on SPX Express. Which means the delivery side stops being a stranger - it is still An, who already knows what your shop sells and how it runs.

Straight talk about the money

An earns commission from SPX when a shop registers through him. Your rates do not change because of it - the commission is what SPX pays the referral channel, not something added to your freight. He says so because it explains the motive: he only earns while your shop keeps shipping, so he has no reason to disappear after the signature.

What he writes on his own blog

He writes regularly at trinhleminhan.com - technology, DIY, e-commerce and whatever he is currently figuring out. So you know you are talking to a real person, not a form.
