Does going through An cost more?
No. Nothing is added on top - the commission comes from SPX, not from your shop. If anything the reverse: for shops with qualifying volume, An submits a VIP rate proposal to his upline, better than the rate published on the SPX site. He cannot promise it, because approval is SPX's decision, but he makes the proposal and follows it through.
Is An an SPX employee?
No. He is a partner, permitted by SPX to use their imagery and documents for promoting the service. The shipping contract is between your shop and SPX Express Co. Ltd, not with An.
My shop is small, a few dozen orders a month. Still welcome?
Yes. Small shops are the ones who need a human; large shops already have an operations team.
What if COD is late or short?
Message An and he reconciles it with you, then takes it to SPX. No promise that every case gets fixed - the final decision is SPX's. But you will not be left to sort it out alone.
Why doesn't this site print the rates?
Because SPX changes programmes monthly and can end one early when the budget runs out. A number copied by hand today is wrong thirty days later, and a shop pricing its margins off a wrong number is worse off than with none. The published images and original SPX files are linked under Rates.
Will I get marketing calls?
The information is used to contact you and process SPX registration. Your number is not sold or passed to third parties.
